"When I pulled the Poison Adrena from the rod tube, the first thing I noticed was the lightweight feel," said a seasoned angler who spent nearly three months testing this rod. "On one trip in particular, I tied a buzzbait on the Poison Adrena/Chronarch combo and started combing the bank for bass chasing bream and shad," said the angler. The results were immediate, as he quickly caught a few fish. A significant moment came when a larger fish followed his bait before he successfully hooked a 6-pound bass using a wacky rig. "The rod handled that fish easily and offered good control and power during the fight," he added, demonstrating the rod's performance under pressure.
Reflecting on its overall versatility, the tester emphasized, "What I really liked about the Poison Adrena is that it makes for a fantastic all-around rod." While he noted that the tip was slightly stiffer than expected for a medium-heavy/fast rod, it retained enough flexibility for accurate casting.
